Web order
Same menu, same prices, no app required. Pay online, pick up at the counter or get it delivered. Web orders also earn rewards points if you sign in.
Phone order
Old school. Call the store, place your order, pay when you pick up. Useful for large catering orders or if you'd rather talk to a human.

Pick a pickup time
Choose ASAP (typically 8 minutes) or schedule up to 7 days in advance. We start cooking at the right moment so it's fresh.
Pay in-app or online
Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, or CRUNCH gift card. Rewards members earn 1 point per $1.
Walk in, grab, go
Skip the line. Head to the pickup shelf. Your name's on the bag. Out the door in under 30 seconds.
How delivery works.
Self-delivery (CRUNCH app)
Within 5 km of any store. Flat $2.99 fee. Average delivery time 25 minutes. Drivers are CRUNCH employees, not contractors. Live GPS tracking.
Partner apps
Beyond 5 km, or if you prefer. Available on Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Postmates. Partner-app pricing may differ slightly from in-store prices due to platform fees.
Late-night delivery
Self-delivery runs till 02:00 on weekends at participating locations. Late-night menu is the full menu — no shortened list, no reheated items.
