Is CRUNCH Rewards free to join?
Yes. Free to join, no minimum spend, no annual fee. You need the CRUNCH app to enroll — points are tied to your account, not a physical card.
How do I earn points?
Order through the CRUNCH app or web order with your account signed in. Earn 1 point per $1 spent (before tax and delivery fees). Multipliers kick in at higher tiers. Phone orders don't earn points unless linked to your account by the cashier.
Do points expire?
Points expire 12 months after your last order. Any order — even a $1.49 biscuit — resets the clock. Tier status is reviewed annually on your signup anniversary.
Can I share points with family?
You can add up to 4 family members to your rewards account. They earn into the same pool and can redeem from it. Each member gets their own birthday freebie.
What's the secret menu for Insiders?
Three items: the Quad Stacker (4 patties, only available to Insiders), the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit (breakfast-only, weekends), and the Brown Butter Sundae (limited daily quantity). Show your app at the counter to order.
Can I use points for catering orders?
Yes. Points can be applied to catering orders of $100 or more, up to 50% of the order total. Cannot be combined with other discounts or fundraiser nights.
